Quality Director (Home Electronic Appliances)

Our Client is a well-known international group. They are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join their Company.

Responsibilities:

Lead a team of quality department and reports to the CEO

Plan, implement and monitor all effective and efficient quality procedures, systems and workflow to fulfill international safety and quality standards of electronic products

Initiate and lead for continuous quality improvement, regular quality audits and product & process quality control; set supplier improvement program

Responsible for all-round assembly and quality issue, review and supervise Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis during new project stage

Requriements:

Bachelor Degree in related disciplines

Minimum 12 years of work experience in Quality field of electronic appliance products

Result-oriented, proactive, self-motivated with strong analytical thinking, business acumen and problem solving skills

Good project management skill with strong communication and presentation skills

Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
